Each MusePiece creation and gift set is a limited-edition art piece, carefully crafted and inspected before shipping.
Because of the artistic and limited nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at musepiece@outlook.com.
We’ll be happy to offer a replacement or refund after reviewing your case.

Please note:
Returns are only accepted for approved cases.
Do not send any items back without contacting us first.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
