Orders are processed through Shopify and PayPal.

We currently ship to the U.S., Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on destination.
Once shipped, MusePiece is not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services.
