What material are the puzzles made of?
Our puzzles are crafted from high-density wooden pieces, about 5mm thick.
Each piece is cleanly laser-cut with a smooth, warm touch—perfect for long-term display or framing.
How challenging is the 168-piece puzzle?

Most people finish it in one or two quiet evenings.

What about color accuracy?
Our photos are lightly brightened so the artwork appears clear and consistent across different screens.
In person, the colors are softer and more natural — calm, low-saturation tones that feel gentler to the eyes.
Many people tell us the real-life colors feel even more soothing than what they saw online.
What should I do if a piece is missing?
Our puzzles are laser-cut as a complete intact board at the factory and sealed immediately after cutting, ensuring that every piece is present at the source. After the boards arrive at our studio, we carefully open them and hand-package the loose pieces, so there is a very small chance of human error during this step.
